Ordered on 09/08/2016, still nothing
I know these things take time and I'm definately patient with it but I've been in my place for over 2 weeks without internet now. I've watched almost every dvd I own and my phone data has been exhausted. There was apparently a stop on the line that was due to cease on the 23rd but I've heard nothing yet. Is there any way I can get an estimate for when I'll have broadband? Could I buy my own router now and get connected?

The best thing to do is contact plusnet customer service they have live chat on there website so you don't have to wait on the phone. Alternatively some member of plusnet staff will be along to your post here soon
