Ordered Plusnet Fibre - Now not enabled at exchange?

Hi all!
My order went through fine, but I've just received this message in the Support bit of the member center:
Quote
[INTERNAL]
Fibre isn't available at this exchange. Please contact the customer to arrange an alternative product.

Now, the exchange is definitely FTTC enabled (https://www.samknows.com/broadband/exchange/THDK)
And the BT Wholesale checker says the cabinet is FTTC (range A & B) enabled: https://i.imgur.com/VosK0Lp.png
Does this mean Plusnet doesn't have LLU equipment in the exchange? Otherwise, what's going on here?
Thanks!

The line is definitely showing as available for fibre.

We don't have LLU equipment in any exchange, we use BT Wholesale lines.
Is your line a conversion from an LLU provider (Sky etc) as it's likely that when the order was placed the line records hadn't updated.
Leave it with me and we'll get your order placed asap.

Yes, the property used to be supplied by Sky.
Thank you for the quick reply, I'll await further updates!
