Hi The router disconnected itself from the broadband and showed a solid orange light. I had to sign in again to reconnect it, maybe the router serial is not registered to my account properly? Kind regards
I can see that the router did reconnect shortly before your post and again at around midnight last night, however, everything else seems to be set up correctly in terms of your account - it's possible the router went off line for maintenance or was affected by something relating to your connection.
I would recommend monitoring this and if you get any further drops, let us know so that we can investigate further - as things stand, your router has been up and stable for the last ten hours.
