Orange light and flashing red B on router

My router has been like this for a couple of hours now. No internet and the light on my router is orange with this red b symbol underneath. Resetting it makes no difference it just goes back to the same orange light and the red b. I've got a dial tone on the phone, no issue there. We moved home and transferred to this address a week ago, has been working okay until now. Help!

Failing that it’d be worth raising a fault ticket at faults.plus.net so an agent can investigate

Thank you! I've tried that and issue is still the same. Will raise a fault ticket.
