Orange bar and red b

Hello,

Are there any works in my area, we have been without Internet for a few hours now. I am a bit worried as I will have to go in to work if I can't log in.

Can anyone help?

I have the same issue. My broadband has been down since last night.

Where are you guys based? I'm in Hampshire and mine's been down since 11pm.

I've tried to use the online chat and it just says Loading on multiple devices.  I've logged a ticket but hoping it gets looked at soon.  Working from home ain't easy without any internet 😬

I'm West Lancs. Mines been on and off for about 5 days but now it's permanently off. No blue light on the router. Just the orange light with the orange b.

@Inigma81 Hi there, I have ran some tests and cannot see any fault on the testing. However I can see you have suffered with some drops in your connection, therefore please complete these checks and leave it in the test socket. Let us know how you get on after 24-48hrs.
