Recently upgraded to optical broad band from dial up. Need assistance.
The received router has the following error messages:
1) Flashing Green
2) Goes Blue
3) Then a different colour Blue
4) Then continues to flash orange.
Completed all the checks and inserted directly into the test socket. All connections are secure. The telephone dialling tone works and we have been confirmed that the connection has been completed at the external green box?
Hope this is a simple fix?
