Optic Fiber High Upload - low download

Hi everyone,

I recently got Plusnet fibre optic (previously with Virgin) and I am experiencing very slow downloads speed but high upload speed. Please see the speed report attached. Any help will be greatly appreciated.

I'm sorry to see your download speeds are slow. I've tested your line today and the tests aren't showing any issues, but I can see your router's stuck in the auto-setup mode and hasn't got a full connection to the internet. 

I've prodded things this side, and I can see your router's now online. Can you retest your speed?

Thank you so much! The internet seems to be working much better now. 

I've done another speed test and the download speed is approaching 55.
