Openreach says no fault but there is!!!!

Openreach came to day to test my line after a GEA test by plusnet has found  a fault but according to openreach there is no fault.

So why are you sure that there is still a fault? The GEA test is over 2 weeks old. The speed it reports looks about right for your distance from the cabinet and the radius graph you have attached shows no drops for 3 days.

So what is the problem you require investigating? If there is a copper joint impairment you may need to wait for it to devlop into a detectable fault.
