Openreach modem keeps disconnecting

For the last week or so, my Openreach modem has kept disconnecting and reconnecting. Nothing's changed in my house, so I assume either the modem's failing or something must be up with my line. Any ideas? I've tried disconnecting everything. It disconnects and reconnects even with nothing else plugged into it. If it helps, I'm on the Dursley telephone exchange - 01453. I've tried going through it with the support team, but they can't find any faults.

Line diagnostics are picking up on an "impaired copper joint" that's very likely to be causing the disconnections that you've observed.
