Having reported a speed and disconnecting fault PN asked Openreach to fix it. After two visits over two weeks a fault was found and I understand a line was allocated to me.
However my down speed is much worse and the line attenuation is very high suggesting that the new line is much further from the cabinet than before!
If this is the case then it needs to be put back to a shorter line to get me back to my usual speed and lower attenuation. Currently 22.40 Mbps down instead of 38 Mbps before. Can somebody check this out please ?
I have a ticket open but nothing is coming back to me from that.
