Re: Online gaming - anything wrong

ok so the last week or so i had been having bad games. Using pingplotter my first hop to the outside world (gateway), looks like that was the cause of my problems, from viewing it in real time i could see that jitter was all over the place, ranging from 0-20ms, Then last night jitter was between 0-2ms and i had the best games.

This does seem to be a pattern, Good Games for a week or so, then followed by bad, When i change gateways the issue is still there. this pattern of game play has been happening for over a year and im starting to wonder if its always been the first hop to outside world.   Its like a switch went off some time yesterday evening, is this something plusnet do on purpose, if so why?
