One seriously hacked off fibre user

Paying £50.00 a month for broadband and being rate limited to 20Mbps. What kind of [-Censored-] service is this?

I have the static and Pro add on. And stil the speed if [-Censored-] [-Censored-]!!!! 76Mbps my [-Censored-]!

Fix it. Or lose a 3 year plus customer paying top whack! Seriously [-Censored-] hacked off!!!!

There are many things that can affect speed. Some of them are outside of anyone's control such as line length and line quality. However some can fixed if the line owner is prepared to be patient and work with their ISP. However posting a random rant to their forum with no information is not particularly productive Wink

So. First things first.

Is the speed constantly slow or does it vary by time?

How are are you testing your speeds:

What website are you using?

What devices?

Wired or wireless?

What router/modem are you using?

Might be worth going through our troubleshooting guide if you haven't already.

If you continue to experience slow speeds after this, I'd recommend raising a fault so we can investigate further.
