I've tried to set up my new One router but despite the correct broadband account details being entered, router reset, account reset and passwords reset, and hardware fully set up, I'm still having difficulties getting rid of a solid orange bar and orange broadband symbol on the router. The original 'setup' dsl username appears to connect but no Internet connectivity is obtained. Any ideas as to how to rectify this?
Many thanks in advance

Have you had PN confirmation that they have activated your broadband?

Indeed, I've had the confirmation email on 6-11-18 to say it's up and running, if that helps

Hold in for 5 seconds, then see if that sorts, when it reboots; if not go into admin page of router
using username & p/word shown on tab on back of router. Double check user name & log in/ p'word
are correct.

Just reset the router, but to no avail, despite changing the bb username and password to mine from setup@plusdsl.net?

Hi @Gman101
I can see that your router has established a connection to the internet.
Can you confirm if you are able to use the service now?
Thanks,
MoR
