Hello my Plusnet One Hub arrived and was installed over a week ago but I have so far been unable to make it connect. I think perhaps my account has not been activated on the authentication server as my broadband username and password do not allow me to connect; however the setup@plusdsl.net defaults are accepted, albeit without permitting access to the Internet. Please advise.
Fixed! Go to the fix.

It doesn't look like your account activated on our side when your order completed.
