In another topic HarryB as mention my PN network change completed on 1st. Sept. I've been repeated told in the forums there would be no change, but there as been.
My Broadband service has had a tremendous speed increase, did yours?

Well it did before the issues of packet loss happened...
It's a bit more faster as there's much more capacity on the new network as it's dedicated than with the legacy shared wholesale connect network.

Packet loss know nothing of that, how would I know?
All I use is the Global Speed tester with Ping, down and up speeds.
Ping as halved, download up 20% 30 to 36Mb, up no change at 5Mb.

I do find it odd that Plusnet are continuing to move us onto the new network despite the packet loss problem which (so far) they have not solved. I was moved recently and now have a service that is less satisfactory because of packet loss. I would have preferred to stay on the old network until they had sorted the problems on the new network but no one asked me. It seems unlikely that adding more users to the new network will reduce the packet loss; the current policy just creates more dissatisfied customers (such as myself).
