Hi I have an ongoing fault which is due to be fixed on the 15/5/2018 but due to reconnections through last night my profile speed at your end has dropped to 1.2 and i am back connecting at 6.5 now, would it be possible for someone to kick my profile at your end back up as you can appreciate the internet is very slow and we have plusnet tv which will not work at all now. Any help would be much appreciated and if this is going to do this i will turn the router off at night until the fault is fixed next week so it should not happen again.

Hi Adam, many thanks for that, this will do great until they switch cabinets on the 15th and I will switch the router off at night so it wont keep disconnecting until then. At least the TV is working again so I am in good books again lol.
