On Going BB issue

Hi guys, this is a general email as I know im not the only one, this is the 2nd week I've been having issues with broadband. Xbox live is affected, amazon prime is affected, twitter is affected and also sky, can you please advise how long this is going to go on for. Before you ask I've rebooted my router many times over the last 2 weeks, IT is my job so technical wise I know what I'm doing. Do we have a time frame for when theses issues are going to be resolved, I will be connected to the internet and certain service such as above will come and go. Im based in Glasgow.

Im on Fibre, im using wifi and cable. Using my own TP link router and have been for months.

My connection issues to an extend have been resolved but im not getting the speed as described in the email I received, I l live 2 mins from the exchange and no from the BT engineer that I can get the full 80mb if subscribed to it, why am i only getting 40mb an not 52mb

Can you log into your router and disconnect then reconnect?

Guys any updates on this, I did what you requested and sent an update, heard nothing back.

Guys this support isn't good enough, please look into why I'm getting no more than 30mb and should be getting 50mb.

Apologies that this thread was missed from the 19th. Glad to see we got some improvement over on the other thread.
