Re: Oh dear. Oh dear, oh dear.

It looks lie the whole Plusnet site has been taken down.

Thanks for visiting, we'll be back soon

We've had to take the site down for maintenance.

We'll be as quick as we can, but in the meantime you can find the latest updates and talk to us on:

  • Our Twitter page
  • Our Community forums
  • Or you can call our Support Team on 0800 432 0200 or 0345 140 0200
(For residential customers we're open from 7:30am until 10:00pm, 7 days a week. If you're a business customer, you can call us 24 hours a day 365 days a year. We won't be able to answer any questions about your account, but we'll do our best to help with any general enquiries)

Sorry for any inconvenience we've caused.

See you soon.

Re: Oh dear. Oh dear, oh dear.

Ah. I wasn't the only one then.

I thought something was weird because I didn't even get a 'we're taking money out of your account' reminder email again this month. Just a 'pay to continue' page all of a sudden. Paid it, then boom. No internet at all.

I did get a platitude from a forum staff member, though, and a muttering about checking at the office tomorrow. So there's that.

If it's one thing Plusnet customers can count on, it's a nice reply with platitudes.

Considering this started around 6pm yesterday evening, a change of provider might be inevitable. Fingers crossed until someone installs hyperoptics in our village one day.
