Odd intermittent error pages inc false 'failed billing' page

Hi, tonight I'm getting odd intermittent problems.

It's happening on any site including the plusnet site. Most commonly I get an 'ssl interference error'. Occasionally just a straight connection timeout. Rarely, I get redirected to a plusnet billing page that says 'The account has no invoice in Failed Billing'

Edit: I'll note that I have no such problems while connected to a VPN so it's not an issue on our side.

I realise its marked fixed but seems to be an ongoing problem. We can't all be rebooting our routers for an hour every time plusnet has a wobble

I've basically rebooted your account over here in case there's an issue with our systems.
