Mine has been fine since my last moan.
http://www.thinkbroadband.com/speedtest/button/149321774290847481176.png
As expected!
I have no idea how it came to be fixed other than a day or so previous to my connection working properly, I saw 2 seperate Openreach guys messing with cables etc for a customer a few doors away... they were messing around for quite some time!, I also saw another guy at my cab on the same day.
Just to note my connection never dropped in the period before of after the visit.
Could more capacity have been added ?

So are you saying that your problems went away the same time as me then, a few weeks ago ?

@rongtw Hey!
No changes on our side which could cause it. If you are fault free, then our current theory is that the differences are down to the different routing changes your connection has when it is routed to the different BNGs across the BT Wholesale network. If you want to help us investigate further, start a log of which BNGs you are connecting to when you do speed tests. We'll need both fast and slow. Don't post them on there until you've got a week or two of data. (We can't do much with individual speed tests, so they'd just be spamming the thread).
I've another suggestion which I'll PM you about.

Ok thanks, It seems plusnet are pointing a finger at Openreach then seeing as they are clueless as to what happened!
Also I've been on various BNG gateways the same as you in the past few weeks, and they all seem to be trouble free.

I see you have posted a Samknows graph with problems starting around April sometime.
Are you sure it's just Multithread tests ?
Try some tests with iperf3
Forward:
iperf3 -c bouygues.testdebit.info -p 5200
Reverse:
iperf3 -c bouygues.testdebit.info -p 5200 -R

So you have a problem with Single and Multithread then, so posting here will just add to confusion.
I expect that all your tests are from a quiet line and with a cable ?

Its a 80/20 FTTC line, directly connected to the router with a cable.
