That sounds like you were rebooting your router (or similar) a bit but it doesn't look like it from your RADIUS Log:

@Kelly yes from my Router Asus  AC68U , i just reboot the connection , or drops the session for 60 seconds normally it would connect to a new gateway

Ps the big gaps are when i powered off the router

We are at a bit of a loss on this now.  I don't doubt you've got an issuue based you you seeing iplayer/gaming failing which coincides with speed test drops by we can't see anything on our side which would cause this.  You were reporting similar issues to @30FTTC06 and @philcecchini, both of this resolved themselves without our input which leads us to suspect something on the wholesale side we aren't seeing in their cases.   As to why that could apply to you and not clear up in the same way is a different question.

Last few things to check really would be if you've got another router to see if you see the same problems on it, and to also check you've not got anything which cause be possibly causing interference which your line is picking up.

 @Kelly Mr Safron suggest that if nowt shows on your test , as a last resort it may be My PC   so tomorrow i intend to Erase SSD and fresh install everything including drivers , it is possible the LAN chip on MB Intell 1518V has updated a driver thats corrupted .

So if i refresh all from original MB disc and dont update see what happens .

How long ago was that? I'm guessing that it was long enough ago that lots of things will have changed since then and it probably should be re-tested.

back to asus router now , and a fresh install OS . gateway psb-bng03.

No MS driver updates just from disc and then latest Intell driver for Intel® I218V, 1 x Gigabit LAN Controller

It was worth a test to see it happening on both devices.  The ASUS does look a little different though. Do you see that slow ramp up on the other router?
