@30FTTC06 i know i have a decent set up Smiley  router is the ASUS DSL AC68U , while 85% of tests are all perfect what is the cause of the spurious TBB test ?

it must be somewhere from BT network that PN has no control over Sad

nteperf this one is seriously responsive!

@30FTTC06  i play Bf1 or BF4 every evening last night was terrible.

Now i i started at 18.00 all ok Smiley  but all of a sudden it all dies , and i see this

gateway pcn-ir01. is terrible Sad  pages slow load buffering on iPlayer ETC  gaming is dire , and every time i drop connection

eventually got off pcn-ir01 Smiley    but now ,,,,,,,,,,Sorry, the tool failed to identify your gateway; 

core2-hu0-18-0-0.colindale.ukcore.bt.net (62.172.103.16) 5.727 ms   But test is  a lot better  Obviously a problem with the ir01 gateway

rongtw: where are you getting PNC-IR01 from? The gateway checker? Or  traceroute?

 

(You're probably still using PCN-IR01, as it's a core router in Colindale)
