I dont really understand these tests.

I see the slow single TBB tests and same on samknows, but speedtest.net are OK?

My bad, I thought the Samknows tests were Multithread not single.

The test your doing above Is Single threaded.

Re: Odd TBB test ?

OK, no worries, Ive opened a ticket with PN and given the details of the speedtests etc.

Hopefully they wont try to send an engineer because this is obviously a fault within the network somewhere.

Ticket #149768949

Is anyone at PN monitoring this thread?

Re: Odd TBB test ?

@philcecchini I would say @Kelly Will have a mooch sometime this week.

Just keep pushing back with "It's a Single Thread problem"

And no you don't need anybody round either.

Re: Odd TBB test ?

@philcecchini:  Are you noticing performance problems?  What are you seeing?

Does anyone know any details about http://bouygues.testdebit.info?  Are they a good place to use as a test.  I.e. is the infrastructure supporting it going to be fine for significant numbers of tests?  (Bear in mind it's in located in France, so not immediately local to the UK networks)

Re: Odd TBB test ?

Hi,

Sluggish performance and timeouts intermittently, I'm on Samknows so I saw the degradation on there.

Seems to have started on April 19ish.

Re: Odd TBB test ?

As expected faults have thrown it back saying nothing wrong, I think this is beyond the team there as there is no fault with the line, its a problem within your network?

Can you please escalate this?

Thanks

Hi, I'm sorry to hear this, our Faults team will have ran several checks before advising you of this however you can still raise a fault yourself Here - Tony
