Occasional lag spikes

Hey, nothing major but wouldn't mind this been looked in to - would be great if it can be fixed, as I've said it's not a major issue, but there is a 3-5 second lag spikes every 30mins to an hour or so. It can cause quite some trouble when streaming

Seems more frequent now too. Pinging google.co.uk for example, my response time is good at 12ms however I get jumps to 400ms followed by 1-2 timeouts and this occurs at the very same time I get lag elsewhere (video/games/streaming/voice comms/whatever else)

Spoke to them via live chat today - They found several errors indicating an issue with my router. Unfortunately the router is out of warranty (had it since April 2015), but I'm also out of contract. New one signed and new router on the way, so this should resolve the issue.

I've activate the router 2 days ago and I'm getting these spikes as well. All is good then the connection drops to like 0.5 mbs and then after 1 minute or so goes back to the 76mb.

How can I check if my router has issues?

Contact support and have them run the test.
