Not the speed i paid for

I cant wait until i leave Plusnet , terrible connection to the phone and internet im not getting the full benefits of what im paying for , and terrible customer service keeping you waiting on the phone for a hour a time , i have never had so many internet problems until i switched to you. you have lost a customer come july.

I'm very sorry you're experiencing issues with your service. Can you advise on whether you're connected via wifi or wireless and what troubleshooting steps you've been through previously.
