Not sure about fibre availability

Hi there,
I've got a weird situation where I'm living in a new build block of apartments in central Brighton, and from what I can see, all my neighbours not in the block (i.e. the older properties beside and opposite us) can all get fibre but I can't. It doesn't help that our postcode isn't on Google Maps, and that I ported our telephone number from our previous address, but my real question is: Is it possible that the BTw checker tool is wrong? I'm guessing no, but if anyone in support at PN can wave some kind of magic wand or do some secret handshake check and let me know any further information that would amazing.
What I'm getting back is this from http://www.dslchecker.bt.com:

I've had a look on your post code and none of the properties can get it I'm afraid.
Your on cabinet 257 which is still under review according to Openreach.

Thanks for looking into this, I appreciate it. I have a horrible feeling 'under review' means 'a million years until we change the cabinet'
