Not received upload speed increase yet,,, can anyone help?

I was sent an email back on Oct saying I would see an increase in upload speeds. but I only get the following:

Downlod - 17Mbps

Upload 1.4Mbps

Do I need to email anyone?

You've already been upgraded.

The fact that you're only synchronising at 1.4mbps suggests that your line isn't capable of any more. Having said that, your downstream speed is below the handback threshold so it might be worth your time opening a fault ticket to see if we can get your speeds any higher.
