My parents have been on FTTP Trial for well over 2 years now and so far so good, they normally have 37/19 but i noticed over the last month their upload speeds have reduced and now they have 37/6 So just wondering why the big drop in upload speed ?
Should we report is as a fault or does the profile need a nudge ?

We removed the 40/20 product quite a while back, so it may have been the move to 55/10 that's caused it. Can you PM me their username and I'll take a look.

Looks like the upload speed is above the speeds they should be getting St3 as per this post:

I just dont understand how they can have 40/20 package from day one for almost 2 years and then the upload speed is capped at 6 meg it makes no sense to me.

We haven't made any changes, so they've had faster speeds than signed up to for 2 years!
This may get restricted to 40/2 at some point in the future too if a data cleanup on the FTTP products is performed.

So when you do this data cleanup it will push them back to 40/2 for good ? What is a data cleanup btw ive never heard of that before.

If it gets picked up on a data cleanup it would match the wholesale product to the one the account should be set on yes.
I'm not making any changes to this so they'll continue with the same speeds they're getting for now.
