So, I suggest you are getting the speeds you are paying for. However, you should consider saving a few quid and dropping down to the lower 40 / 10 product - your line is bit too far away from the cabinet to get the full 80 / 20 speeds.
But its your call - is it worth paying more for the speeds you are getting?

Well, that's unfortunate. Is there really no chance of me seeing speeds around 60mbps?
I do have another issue though concerning my master socket. Whilst I was connected to the test socket, I was able to maintain speeds up to 48mbps, but when not connected to the test socket and instead in the master socket, my download speed dropped down to 38mbps. I noticed several wires were disconnected when I removed the front panel. Is there some sort of wiring problem perhaps?

Sorry to hear your speeds are poorer than expected.
I've attached a test of your line below which shows you have what's known as a bridge tap which can be a internal issue.
Do you have the router connected to the test socket at the moment?

No. At the moment it isn't connected to the test socket. I can connect it back into the test socket if required.

I have reconnected to the test socket. I've also posted pics of the wiring situation in my master socket so you can see what I was referring to.

Hi @IIDiabolos,
I've tested your line today and I can see that you are currently achieving a Downstream Sync Rate of 52.9Mbps and the connection appears to be stable. As this is the case, it's likely that the faceplate of your Master Phone Socket was causing the lower speeds and to resolve the issue I'd advise to either replace the faceplate or just keep the router set up within the test socket, the only real downside to this is that any extension sockets around the property won't be able to function whilst the faceplate is disconnected.
That being said, if you do notice any further issues, please let us know as soon as you're able to and we'll be happy to investigate further.

It depends on your current socket. If the connection in the back of the new face plate matches the location in the socket it should just slot all. All that faceplate is, is a microfilter that fits flush with your socket as opposed to hanging down.
They are usually universal, however, we cannot guarantee this as it is third party equipment.
