Not getting above 10Mb on 80/20 service.

Hi..

speeds took a turn for the worse. according to the btwholesale reports only 11mb return with a 22ms ping - on a 68.5Mb profile.

Im also getting request timeouts on traceroutes.

Gamings impossible.

linerate is @ 74572 Down - 20173 Up
SNR  Db is 18.1 
Line attenuation Db - 12.9 Down - 7.4 Up

im lucky to get 60Mbit.down & 13Mbit up when all working!

Me too - Speeds now 32 -35 Mb/s DL and 13 UL on "Unlimited Fibre Extra 76Mb/s". Domestic engineer's booking 8th Sept was a no-show. Waited in 8hrs. No phone call, rebooking  or contact since.

Speeds have resumed back to 62mb but I'd still line a line check if possible.

Hi there was a nationwide issue yesterday effecting some people on all ISP's where speeds were dropping like yours, it maybe that the issue hasn't been fully resolved yet so you may still see it go up and down,

If you're having issues still I would advise reporting a fault rather than posting across multiple other customer's threads as the issues from over the weekend are resolved.

Sorry @Chris   But if the Silence from Plusnet over the weekend had not been deafening  , people would not be complaining 

All Plusnet had to do was Post on the service status , Yes there is a problem Customers would have known

Information is a great tool

I know its Not your fault , but someone must have made the decision not to inform the customers , which was a fairly wide problem , Not just a small number as posted on Facebook
