With this in mind we're not seeing any issues with the broadband signal coming into your router.
Can you run a BT speedtest at http://www.speedtest.btwholesale.com using a direct ethernet connection without any powerline adapters or switches, completing the further diagnostics at the end?
This will store the result on the supplier system and will help us in reporting a fault to our suppliers.
Once you've done this please report a fault to us at http://faults.plus.net letting us know over here once you've completed it and we'll be happy to pick it up.
