Not connected to Fibre

My connection was arranged for 17/12 - the engineer duly visited my house, then went off to connect to the fibre cabinet.
When he returned he discovered that my line was in cabinet 2 and needed to be moved to cabinet 5. He was not authorised to carry this out and he advised Openreach accordingly.
To date am unable to receive fibre, raised a ticket on 17/12 - too date have not received any response, despite sending two request for updates.
Very grateful for any assistance you can offer, FYI there are a lot of problems in my village with people upgrading to fibre.
