Not a Happy Customer!

Used the on-line system to upgrade to Fibre Broadband and received an email on Sep. 6 confirming that an engineer would come on Sep. 21 to do the necessary work.
Phoned support today about non-arrival of new router to discover that my order had not been processed properly by the PlusNet system and that, as a result, no engineer would be coming on Monday and no router was yet on its way.
I now await a date for the BT engineer's visit so zero progress after two weeks. What a shambles!

Re: Not a Happy Customer!

Very similar problem with you!
Recently ordered Fibre Optic online, waited for engineer but no one came.
Contacted (Annoying) Plusnet support team now many times this week to be told my order froze in the system. Keep being told I will be contacted at a later date to tell me when I'll get an engineer. This keeps being moved back and blame put on BT, Plusnet say they can't do anything but wait!
Terrible Service!

I had a similar thing.  Seems far too commonplace
