Not Fibre Extra

Hi, I was supposed to get Unlimited Fibre Extra today however after a look at the router settings it seems that I'm only on the slower fiber package. Can someone please fix this for me?

 

UPDATE : After a call to plusnet this has been raised as a fault and I should get a call from the fault team in no more than 72 hours.

I think it's PlusNet's fault.Angry They have ordered the wrong product. Should be able to re-order and get it upgraded by tomorrow. Hopefully one of the forum staff will be able sort this for you.

Hi,

 

I've just checked the router and it says that I'm getting

Up: 60.92Mbps

Down: 13.44Mbps

will this speed up to the full 80/20 by the end of the day?

From looking at the estimates of your line, the speed you're getting is on target.
