Hi, I have an issue with my router (believe this is a known issue with the Plusnet router) where it is very noisy at 5GHz, can be resolved by only using 2.4GHz but this seems to halve my data rate from ~30Mb/s to 15Mb/s.
I'd like a new router as mine is clearly faulty, any advice on how to go about arranging this?
