Hi all. I'm new here but been a customer for around 5 years. I switched to Fibre around a year ago and was sent a Hub One which I use. I have noticed that for a long time the router is very noisy, making a high-pitched "scratchy" sound a lot of the time. Also, we are getting very unreliable Wifi which drops signal several times throughout the day. This is much more noticeable since I've been working from home!
Would it be possible for Plusnet to send us a replacement router to iron out these problems? For info, I have the Hub one plugged into the mastersocket.
