Hi Plusnet,
I logged a ticket last Thursday and I haven’t had a reply. My connection has been dropping in and out for 3 weeks and testing shows the download speed to be around 20mb at best. Before the issues this was over 30mb as an average. I tested the phone line and got a lot of interference so I logged a ticket. Would it be ok if you had a look at this and let me know what the line tests says please.
