Noise issue gone, ip profile stuck on slow speed

Hi Folks,

 

I had a noise issue on my line that seemed to triggered my speed to drop dramatically. The noise level seems to have cleared up but the IP profile has stayed slow, the bt wholesale speed test says " IP Profile for your line is - 6.87 Mbps".

Any chance of a DLM reset on my line?

Hi there, 

 

I've just performed some diagnostic tests which have picked up on another issue with the line (a high resistance cable fault) so we'll need to get that fixed before you before the SNR can be reset. 

 

I've raised it with Openreach for you and I'll make sure we update you as soon as we hear back from them.
