No updates on fibre broadband installation

Our fibre broadband is due to be installed tomorrow afternoon, but no one can confirm that this is a firm date. We have had no reply to our enquiries and the phone line had a 30 minute que at 6am this morning. This is not good enough Plusnet. We cant understand why you are rated so highly for customer service, and will be looking cancel out contract if you cannot provide the service as agreed.

Ive checked and it seems our automated system failed to place the order.
I am really sorry about this and got the orders placed now. You should get an email in a moment with the appointment and order confirmation

So, you are giving us less than 24 hours notice that you are moving the installation date and offering a date over a week away. This is not good enough Plusnet. We can't do the week suggested, so it is an even longer delay if you can't do next week. Come back with a better offer or we expect to cancel without penalty.

Unfortunately we can't expedite the order as it is a transfer.
I can see we have a appointment booked in for the 7th of July.
