No service in Clacton

Our broadband has been down for over two hours now.

I should add that we've tried all the suggestions given elsewhere on this site to try to solve the problem ourselves.

Yes, our phone is working and we have reported the fault. Our router light has changed from orange to blue now, (following customer services contacting BT), but we still can't get online using it. We'll sort it out soon, I'm sure. Thanks for your reply.

Thanks for getting back to us. Our tests are showing there is still an issue , and our suppliers would like to send an engineer to resolve this.

Please can you reply here with your availability and get back to us once you have done so, we will get this booked in.
