No service - Morecambe

Any ideas what the status is on our broadband service in Morecambe? Power has returned after the floods and power cuts at the wknd. Our postcode is LA4 6EB and the router is showing no internet light on. Any information would be greatly appreciated.

I'm in LA4 4HT and have no Fibre Internet..
Having to use Friends ADSL (if you can call it that) to get on the Internet at super fast sub dial up modem speeds....

As the people in the flat below me have SKY fibre and their Internet was fixed a few days ago.
(They did not put a ticket into SKY, it was just "fixed")

As I need my Internet back, As the one I am using (friends PlusNet ADSL) is beyond pathetic with the severe amount of packet loss it has.

Sky have their own equipment, Plusnet uses BTs , it could well be that Sky didn't suffer the issues that BT did or if they did not as bad, sadly your reliant on BTW to sort the issues out for plusnet.

"Our suppliers are aware of an outage affecting your connection (as well as others) and are working to restore service. The current estimate is for a resolution today but this could be delayed. We will check again to confirm the work has been completed. "
