No reply for plusnet support in a week

Have seen my internet speed halved in last month.
emailed support on 8-12-2015 and have not heard anything back since.
what the hell is going on?!

If you emailed support the answer to your question is nothing!
There are no monitored support mailboxes. If you have a fault you need to raise it by going through http://faults.plus.net

Sorry for the delay in responding, I can see the fault has been investigated and passed through to BTWholesale, we're awaiting an update from them at the moment with the next steps.
