No internet

Currently had no internet for almost 2 weeks, a number of calls have been made with no success. Been advised that an engineer will be called out in 5 working days. Now on the 5th working day and no contact has been made!

Wife has made contact 2 days ago, and no mention of this engineer. Now beginning to think was it worth continuing for another 24 months!!!

Hopefully no service for almost 2 weeks will be taken into account when my bill is due.

I've checked your account and it looks like an engineer has been booked for 26/03/18 according to this ticket

 

Could you let me know if this isn't the case so that I can investigate?
