My plusnet internet connection is not working. I have the Fibre 38Mbps connection and a dual socket end connection. Have tried the instructions on the router home page, disconnecting the phone line, etc, but nothing worked.
Also tried switching off the router for around 15 mins. It then connected to the internet briefly (sent/received emails) and within a couple of minute disconnected again.
Can someone help?
Fixed! Go to the fix.

After switching the router off for an hour, and starting back up, internet starting working back again
