Me 2.  Lost internet yesterday evening.  Silence on plusnet phones.  Back up again this a.m.

Nothing from Plusnet (apart from vague apologies from bobpullen in the forums).  Keeping customers informed, and being upfront with problems will have them accepting a lot.  Try to keep things quiet and the truth will leak anyhow, and people will lose confidence in Plusnet and be severely [-Censored-]ed off..
