No internet

At 20:30 lost my connection done everything from video trying contact Plusnet and what I can hear on phone silence not happy about that any other way to contact them while online chat it's closed

We have no internet either. Ours went off about half a hour ago.

So how we contact the Plusnet?trying for 30min but there silence on other side

apparently Plusnet broadband is down all over but they haven't bothered to put this on status update

Likewise exactly the same issue, although typically I lose my internet daily with this company, always around 2100. My speeds are lower by 12megs to my next door neighbour (who is with their parent company).
And their advice to unplug all devices for a week from the router, totally fed up and will be looking for a new provider once this is back up .
No means of contacting of speaking to anyone since they have disabled their lines and online chat . Not good enough plusnet, that is not how you provide customer service.

Certainly seems some customers are been impacted in certain areas, and the phone lines are silent (down).

9pm on the dot, connection dropped. syslog: CHAP authentication failed: CHAP authentication failure

Exactly the same with us, went out around 8 or 9. No internet and red, orange light on router. Customer support line is silent.

Mine's down too. Got cut off on my phone too. No 4G. The 0800 4320200 doesn't ring either.

Is someone having a laugh?

Came home to the orange flashing light with the ‘b’ so knew something was a miss. Expected a thread on here and wasnt disappointed!

We did have some authentication troubles yesterday/last night (IMT-1969), sorry about that.
The underlying problem should now be resolved so do shout if you're still experiencing difficulties.
