Router light showing nothing at all on internet.pc tells me im connected but have no access is Nuneaton exchange down???????
Power off and reset but still the same. Hacking of someone else at the moment.

There is another thread about some issues currently happening.
Maybe worth a disconnect and reconnect and see if you can get onto a different gateway.

I've tested your line this evening and its indicating that the Openreach Modem has no sync with the cabinet.
Can you confirm the status of the DSL light on the modem?

We're going to have to arrange a engineer to get this looked into
I just tried to call you but I wasn't able to get through
Can you provide three times for a engineer visit? The slots are AM (Between 8am and 1pm) and PM (Between 1pm and 6pm) and at this moment in time we have tomorrow and Friday available
