No internet since yesterday. can anyone help?

Hi there, been having trouble since last night. Fibre was a bit slow so I restarted my modem and router last night around 7-8pm and have had no internet since. Modem has no DSL light and router has no internet light. Any ideas? Thanks.

Hi there.
I can see you've raised a fault through to our Faults team to get this investigated.
It's most likely going to need a engineer visit to progress. If your available tomorrow or Christmas Eve I should be able to get something booked in.
The available timeslots are AM which is 8am while 1pm and PM which is 1pm while 6pm.
If you let me know when your available I'll get that booked in.

Hope I get the same service, seeing as I too raised a fault this morning.... Exactly same issue

And as it turns out, my ticket is still in the  "to do" tray, and wont be actioned until next week.

Luckily I have a spare modem to send you.
It's likely to arrive next week but this should sort things a little quicker than the usual process which would involve arranging an engineer visit.

You can not make some people happy, fact of life. 
But it's Christmas Eve and of those of us who enjoy this time of year, good on ya (even though I'm still at work!!!).

But Adam didn't offer a solution which was going to get him online before Christmas! Stuart posted about needing a new modem on Monday and Adam has only responded today.

i have read all the reads the guy has posted in.
if he needed it that urgently they they should have phoned up and spoke to someone to chase the ticket.
using the forum is not a method where you should expect a timed response.
however, i suspect that if he used the same attitude he projected on here to someone on the phone then they would not get very far other than the bare minimum required response.
no-one is going to go out of their way to help someone when they have the "know it all" attitude that this guy projected in just about every post he has made so far.
