No internet since morning!!
I had internet disconnection this morning. Tried switch on and off. No luck. The power light orange and bottom light keeps flashing red. Contact technical support been told some problem on the exchange side. Worse things is i have to wait for 2 days. Due to the virus I have to work at home, i am not happy with this solution at all. Shocking

The response time you’ve been given is the standard for an Openreach engineer to pick up a job. They’re estimated though so may be fixed quicker anytime within the timeframe.
