My router has been showing a solid orange light since early Friday morning. I contacted customer services by phone and went through all the usual reset it, turn it off, turn it on routine. After an hour of this I was told it might be faulty and someone would ring me within 72 hours. I have now waited 72 hours and the only communication from Plusnet was my bill. Tried ringing at 10:48 and was told they couldn't take my call and I should use internet chat. Tried internet chat and it is offline. I have been with Plusnet for over 10 years and Madasafish before that. I have no current contract with Plusnet and Sky is looking nicer every minute.
